YouTube has announced the release of several new features, including new live stream that allows live stream guests, updated viewing options, and new notifications when a channel is broadcasting in the app.
According to YouTube, it is preparing to debut a feature dubbed ‘Go Live Together,’ which will allow creators to invite visitors to their live streams by sending them a link.
These features are showcased in a video on YouTube’s Creator Insider channel. Hosts will be able to monitor streaming analytics throughout this live streaming, just as they can during any other live streaming. However, guests will not be able to view this information at this stage.
