WPP has announced the acquisition of Passport Brand Design, a brand design agency based in Southern California. Passport, which was established in 2004 by Natalie Taormina and Jeremy Creighton, will collaborate with WPP on brand identity, design, and insight experience.

The company works across a wide range of consumer categories and international markets, from Australia and Asia to North America. Passport will improve client interactions and WPP’s capacity to continue offering integrated client services.

The purchase is a component of WPP’s focused M&A approach and accelerated growth strategy, which are intended to advance the company’s core creative capabilities in marketing, communications, and design.
