Dentsu Group Inc. has agreed to acquire LiveArea, a global customer experience, and commerce agency, for an undisclosed sum, subject to customary closing conditions. PFSweb Inc is the parent company of LiveArea. Merkle, a data-driven, technology-enabled customer experience management (CXM) company under Dentsu Group’s worldwide business, Dentsu International, will acquire LiveArea.

Merkle’s worldwide experience and commerce capabilities are bolstered by this purchase, and Merkle’s position as a go-to experience partner for enterprises throughout the world is strengthened.
