Wipro Limited, a global information technology, consulting, and business process services company, announced today that it has acquired Convergence Acceleration Solutions, LLC (CAS Group), a U.S.-based consulting and programme management firm.
CAS Group claims that their extensive customer relationships, combined with Wipro’s execution capabilities, will provide clients with an end-to-end professional services solution with instant impact. Client services will be provided by the combined business, which will include everything from strategy formulation and planning through execution and implementation.
The purchase of CAS Group aligns with Wipro’s strategy to become a sought-after strategic partner for clients with the most demanding business transformation demands.
