WhatsApp has recently announced the launch of new features into its storage management functionality. This would enable users with an improved visual overview where they can understand how the in-app space is being used.
Besides, it will allow people to delete content in order to make more room. This initiative is quite an improvement compared to the current display – showing the amount of space in use by each chat.
As noted by WhatsApp, users can tap through on each chat window to identify how many messages, images, GIFs, and videos are built-in in each discussion, removing them to free space. It also comes with an interesting listing indicating “Forwarded many times”, allowing it easy understanding for the users.
