Wix Answers is a product that the company has turned into a separate entity. The platform uses AI to help customer support agents respond quickly and to suggest ways to make the team more effective by making customer support articles more accessible. Wix Answers will allow managers to bring up a customer service team member’s record to see the total number of tickets they’d responded to, along with several customer satisfaction surveys being filled out.
