Videoverse, previously Toch.ai, has announced its revamp and a 46.8 million USD series B fundraising round. The firm provides an AI-powered video editing software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that processes material immediately and automatically.

The funds will be used to boost Videoverse’s staff in India and throughout the world, improve the company’s technology, develop new products, and expand its worldwide market. Businesses may use current live or recorded streams to automatically produce and publish personalised content.

A91 Partners, Alpha Wave Global, and Binny Bansal, a former cofounder of Flipkart, led the fundraising round, which also included Innoven Capital, Pacific Western Bank, and Stride Ventures. In October 2021, the firm secured 11.75 million USD in a Series A investment.
