Veeva Systems has announced that Vault CRM is now the go-forward solution for all new customers. Early adopters are live on Vault CRM. Existing Veeva CRM customers are expected to migrate to Vault CRM in early 2025.
Most migrations are anticipated to start in 2026 and 2027. Veeva CRM may still be sold to new customers in Asia and Latin America until the end of this year. Vault CRM is part of Veeva Commercial Cloud.
