Vection Technologies announced a partnership with Expert.ai to create an AI-powered solution for digitalizing technical manuals. The manuals will be made using avatars for human-to-machine interaction, providing users with step-by-step instructions and guiding them through troubleshooting.
The solution will be compatible with mixed reality (MR) devices such as HoloLens, having visualizations to navigate through the process resulting in faster resolution and reduced downtime. The advanced NLP and deep learning algorithms ensure the chatbot understands the users’ queries and provides relevant and accurate solutions.
