UserTesting, a customer experience testing platform, has recently announced that it has raised $100 million funding – to boost its go-to-market (GTM) and development efforts. This will increase market share and speed-up investment in the platform to deliver customer needs and for its global expansion. The funding was led by Insight Partners, in association with the existing investors OpenView, Accel, and Greenspring.

The company also announced that it had acquired Teston, a provider of multilingual experience testing, to support more companies. With this acquisition, UserTesting can serve its European customers and tackle customer feedback in their local languages.
