Twitter has announced that it is going to withdraw the Audience Insights tab from Twitter Analytics by the end of January 2020. Launched in 2015, the insight tab provides in-depth data about the profiles of followers. It includes demography, gender, mobile usage stats, and purchase behavior, among other factors. 

These statistics are useful for users as they help in mapping out more effective social media and ad strategies. Simply put, the Audience Insights Tab provides an understanding about who and when to reach out for better traction. However, Twitter hasn’t yet mentioned any possible alternative to it, but it has already added a new tool called Conversation Insights to the Media Studio.
