With its new Professional Profiles option, Twitter has advanced to the next level, with all users being able to convert their account to a Professional Profile inside their settings.
All Twitter users can now convert their accounts in their account settings, gaining access to a variety of new features such as a new business information display, a newsletter module (for those who subscribe to the Revue newsletter), product listings, and more.
Professional Profiles were first tested by Twitter in April last year, with only a few brands participating in the initial beta experiment. Following that, Twitter began inviting more businesses to join until finally opening it up to all applicants in September.
