Twitter has announced the hiring of the new Crypto Engineering Lead as it explores a number of ways to incorporate Cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies into a variety of applications throughout the application.
Twitter has appointed crypto veteran Tess Rinearson to the newly formed role. Rinearson has been working with Cryptocurrency since 2015, most recently with the Interchain Foundation, and Chain.com before that
Rinearson will work closely with Twitter Product Manager Esther Crawford to help develop a range of new features, including expanded payment options and NFT display tools, as well as its comprehensive Bluesky Decentralization Protocol Project.
