Twitter Launches New Marketing Education Initiatives, Makes “Location Spotlight” Accessible to All Businesses


Twitter has added the “Location Spotlight” module to its Professional Profiles business display options and made it accessible to all brands that have upgraded to Pro accounts within the app.

It has also announced some new education programs aid marketers in getting ready for the impending holiday push. First off, all businesses that have switched to a Professional Profile can add the module for Location Spotlight, which displays users’ actual business locations on a map within the Twitter profile presence.

Location Spotlight was first launched to a select group of businesses earlier in the year. In order to increase the number of connection opportunities in the app, users can now add the Location Module via the “Profile Spotlight” options. This is also where they can add “Shop” and “Newsletter” promotion elements.
