As mentioned by Twitter in a tweet, “Labels will now appear on Tweets containing potentially harmful, misleading information related to COVID-19. This will also apply to Tweets sent before today.

It is expected that during any active conversation with tweets, with such measures, it will help users to slow down the flow of falsehoods and hoaxes.
