Twitter has announced some new ad targeting options, which resemble its current ad goals in many ways but also differ significantly.

Advertisers can now target their promotions to users who are more likely to take particular actions in response, which is the first update within its “Conversions” objective. Website Conversions Optimization (WCO), according to Twitter, “is a major rebuild of the conversion goal that will improve the way advertisers reach customers who are most likely to convert on a lower-funnel website action.”

The “Dynamic Product Ads” that Twitter has introduced allow advertisers to “showcase the most relevant product to the right customer at the right time.”
