Twitter has recently announced an update about the tweet embeds along with its enhanced presentation format. This change is effective immediately and will be reflected in its website version as well as on the app. It is relatively a small update by the social media giant, and it confirmed that with this initiative, tweets would get loaded faster.

As mentioned by the company on the Twitter Developer Forums, “We will begin rolling out a new version of embedded Tweets that has an updated design and better infrastructure…As we roll it out, you might see your Tweet embeds rendering with a slightly new look.”
