Twitter Announces its Decision to Sell MoPub for US_1 Billion-01

Twitter has agreed to sell MoPub, a mobile ad startup, to AppLovin Corp for US$1.05 billion in cash, as the microblogging platform shifts its attention to advertisements on its own app and website.
