Twitter has recently announced the expansion of its voice tweets feature. Earlier in June, the company introduced the option to post audio clips in tweets. This feature allows users an easy way to post – especially those who are unable to type via keyboards, can participate and engage with any broader discussion.

However, there has been criticism around it. Thus, the company is focused on refining its systems in order to ensure users of all capabilities can engage. Transcription of audio and video is becoming a part of the initiative to make the platform accessible for all. Besides, auto-captions will be added to this sooner.
