Twilio Engage will allow marketers to deliver personalized customer experiences at large scale and improve customer relationships. Twilio Engage is built on a next generation customer data management platform known as Segment.
With the launch of Twilio engage, Twilio is introducing a new type of platform that has the potential to disrupt monolithic marketing suits and traditional multichannel campaign tools.
