Tonic.ai, a San Francisco-based data mimicking and de-identification firm, has announced a partnership with Snowflake, a Data Cloud company.
After the integration, customers of Tonic and Snowflake will be able to construct apps in the Snowflake Data Cloud using de-identified data. Customers who work together will be able to tokenize data at scale and maintain regulatory compliance.
According to Ian Coe, CEO of Tonic.ai, this new integration will enable users to produce secure, fully functional copies of their data in order to meet data minimization and regulatory compliance goals. Tonic’s native database support now extends beyond relational databases into the Data Cloud, post the Snowflake integration.
