The Fahlgren Mortine brand will be maintained with expanded resources and access to new markets. The leadership of Fahlgren Mortine remains in place, with Neil Mortine as CEO and Marty McDonald as president.
The acquisition is seen as a strategic move that complements each company’s strengths and specialties.
