The SaaS solutions provider Livechat software has announced the integration of text messages in its customer service and engagement platform as part of business communications. Brands can now communicate via text messages when interacting with their clients over the communication software.
The new integration is a combination of Twilio’s features with Livechat’s tech prowess. In the past couple of years, organizations have preferred the integration of messaging services in their customer engagement service to offer a better experience to the clients.
The solution is available to brands that implement Business and Enterprise plans of the Livechat application.
