The B2B marketing services company, TechnologyAdvice, has recently announced the acquisition of 40 different digital media properties spanning two transactions. The deal will uniquely position both the parties for serving B2B technology enterprises of various sizes. Besides, it will engage with the technology buyers at every stage during the research and buying process.
TechnologyAdviceexpects that the acquisition will enhance its business offerings. One acquisition is QuinStreet’s B2B business, and the other is Project-Management.com. Rob Bellenfant, Founder and CEO at TechnologyAdvice, said, “These deals solidify our expansion from specialized lead generation services to a full-service media company.”
