Marketing technology company TapClicks has recently announced that it acquired AdStage, the advertising technology startup. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. This will help TapClicks to extend its marketing intelligence and predictive campaign optimization solutions.
Previously, AdStage raised over $15 million in funding. Both companies have a similar vision towards a unified and holistic marketing platform. TapClicks also announced that with this acquisition, the AdStage founder would lead the intelligence team, and the company now has 225 employees with more than 5000 customers.
