Talkwalker, a consumer intelligence firm, has announced the acquisition of Reviewbox, an all-in-one review management platform.
Talkwalker will be able to quickly expand its product review capacity and incorporate Reviewbox’s e-commerce data, such as product reviews, product catalogs, and pricing, into its consumer intelligence platform, offering new customer insights for its clients. Talkwalker’s vast social, consumer, and customer data collection and analytics capabilities will be enhanced by this.
