Talkdesk, the enterprise cloud contact center, recently launched Virtual Agent, an AI-based solution to boost customer experience (CX). The company is planning to storm the enterprise contact center industry with its new product introductions in 2020. The newly introduced Virtual Agent is backed by Talkdesk iQ, to help customers when the contact center is closed.
It can be deployed on the voice-channel in order to provide customer self-service applications. Tiago Paiva, CEO at Talkdesk, mentioned in a statement, “We are excited to bring our customers an AI-driven customer service application that will make contact centers smarter by addressing customer needs with an automated agent that is constantly learning, reducing the number of calls and freeing agents to address more complex service calls.”
