SurveyMonkey has recently confirmed its plans for connecting its customer experience
solutions under the standard of GetFeedback Suite – to help businesses enhance their CX
strategy.

SurveyMonkey will continue providing its latest customer experience solutions under the
brand of GetFeedback Suite in 2020 and beyond. Last year, it had acquired both
GetFeedback and Usabilla, the VoC tech firm.

Now it will combine all the company’s offerings under one umbrella with the GetFeedback
a platform that is made for Salesforce and Usabilla customers.
