Stonly Raises $3.5 Million to Improve Its Customer Support

Stonly, a Paris-based customer service firm, has recently raised $3.5 million in seed funding to make its platform more interactive. The funding was led by Accel and other angel investors, including Renaud Visage, Jonathan Benhamou, and Clément Buyse. Even though it is focussed on making customer support more interactive, the company is not looking for a chatbot system. They believe that chatbots end up lining customer support often. It plans for a scripted guide with a questionnaire to streamline the process.

How Digital Interactions Have Evolved with Personalization Tools

Alexis Fogel, Founder of Stonly, said, “Our interactive, step-by-step format is the next generation of help content and it takes the experience from frustrating to enjoyable.” Moreover, with this funding, it is expanding to new markets to the U.S with new BODs.
