The Customer Experience Management (CEM) platform Sprinklr has recently announced that it is partnering with Facebook’s Messenger to help various health organizations in the course of Coronavirus. This is to provide accurate information in response to people via Messenger. The company is a subset of Facebook’s new launch, connecting organizations with developers to assist them in optimizing Messenger experiences.
Facebook Will Award $100 Million to Small Businesses
As per Facebook, Messenger calls have been doubled in many locations as the quarantines started for COVID-19. Ragy Thomas, Founder, and CEO at Sprinklr said, “Sprinklr was built to support a moment like this.
