Sprinklr Assigns New EVP of Customer Operations, Scott Harvey

Sprinklr assigns Scott Harvey as executive vice president of customer operations. Mr. Harvey will join the company to help drive durable, long-term business growth by optimizing customer-facing operations from pre-sales to post-sales customer success and recurring services.

Scott joins Sprinklr to bring the best of the Sprinklr unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform to better customer experiences. He will also help optimize the company’s customer-facing operations towards growth and scale up services to match customer demand.

Scott will also help to strengthen pre and post-sales rigor using technology to become more measurable and transform business value.

He spent more than six years in senior leadership positions in his previous organizations and have proven track record of accelerating growth and revenue.
