Sprinklr, a marketing channel company, announced its acquisition with Nanigans’ social advertising business. Sprinklr now manages $1.5 billion of annualized ad spend among social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Besides, Nanigans- the performance ad company, will continue supporting retail and gaming advertisers. It will keep ownership of its incrementality business of advertising effectiveness. The advertising data from Nanigans will give Sprinklr deeper insights into social ad campaigns, which would help the platform optimize client campaigns better.

The acquisition has resulted in providing a unified single platform for better customer experience management.
