SPARK Business Works has acquired Convergent1, a marketing agency based in Houston, TX focused on providing fully-fledged digital marketing services to companies in construction, oil and gas, manufacturing, and professional services.
Convergent1 customers will be able to use SPARK’s capabilities in mobile data collection, automated office workflow, and custom reporting.
The synergy between the services provided by SPARK and Convergent1 will allow seamless integration, customizing the flow of their customers’ core business data – connecting marketing and sales and performance data, portability, customer service, and any other automated work based on that.
