Snapchat has announced that all iOS users of the app will now have access to its new “Director Mode” advanced video creation process, which was previewed at its Partner Summit earlier this year.
Green screen, options for variable playback speed, improved editing tools, and dual camera controls are just a few of the more sophisticated editing features included in Snapchat’s Director Mode. Users can also use these features to simultaneously use the front and back cameras to create 360-degree content.
According to Snap, a full rollout of Director Mode for Android is forthcoming and is currently available to some creators.
