Snapchat has recently announced that it is testing the new dark mode option with some selected users. This initiative will attract dark mode enthusiasts – while moving in line with other apps that have the opportunity for low light.
Reportedly, for people who have the dark mode feature available, there is a new “App appearance” option within the settings of the platform. Users can choose whether they want the app to align with their device settings or revert to the dark mode for all time in Snapchat.
This update is available on iOS 13 and Android 10, respectively, to better enable the dark mode switching.
