Snapchat is adding new audio elements that can be used when using

Snapchat adds some new audio elements, featured audio clips for Lenses, and audio sync for video and photo montages. The first element highlights relevant audio to match Snaps where users have added a Lens.

According to Snapchat: “When users apply a Lens to a photo or video, Snapchatters can tap the Sounds icon to open a list of relevant sounds that can be added to the snap.” This could easily add related audio elements to user creations with themed sounds based on usage trends and characteristics. Meanwhile, audio sync makes it easy to create video montages from photos.

Clips created with Audio Sync automatically match the beat of the audio track users choose and are based on clips available in the Snap sound library. This option provides another way to create eye-catching images and video-style clips from still images.
