Servion Global Solutions, a provider of contact center and customer experience (CX) solutions, has entered a partnership with McorpCX to offer customer experience management solutions to global organizations aiming to improve their CX.

McorpCX and Servion will collaborate to enable organizations to consult, implement, design, and support Cisco Webex Experience Management.
