Seismic buys Percolate to expand its marketing tools offering

Sales enablement platform Seismic has acquired content management platform Percolate. The acquisition will help companies deliver personalized and compelling content throughout the entire customer journey across all channels. Seismic assists companies create and manage the content they use in sales and marketing, and this acquisition will add to their basket of offerings.

As a result of the acquisition, Percolate CEO Randy Wootton will join the Seismic team and continue to lead Percolate. He will report to Seismic CEO Doug Winter. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
