Salesforce.com Inc. and Okta have started their partnership to combine the key employee data with contact-tracing technology. This joint venture will enable Salesforce to develop software for enterprises that are effectively tackling the COVID-19 crisis.
The alliance will enable customers to use information in Okta’s systems resulting in employees being onboard and using Salesforce’s tools to navigate the pandemic’s impact.

In 2020, Salesforce has built a work.com suite that helps businesses to reopen their offices safely. Tracking employee shifts, handling emergency management, and offering manual contact-tracing are some of the critical features of this tool.
