Salesforce has recently announced the launch of its integrated toolset – which focuses on helping businesses gather real-time feedback. This is applicable to the expectations and needs of the customers. The Einstein Analytics powers the newly introduced tool, Feedback Management suite.
It will enable businesses to pull data from the Salesforce platform to assemble customer survey information. Besides, it will assist in creating lifecycle maps, analyze journey analytics, and automate the feedback collection across different channels. As mentioned by Ashish Kothari, SVP of Product Management at Salesforce Industries – “Feedback Management, a new suite of enterprise-level tools and surveys built natively into the Salesforce platform that provides businesses with the capabilities to collect real-time actionable feedback.”
