The analytics platform, Retina, integrates with Shopify to offer predictive analytics for customer lifetime value. The “Retina Go” tool can be downloaded via Shopify’s app store. It is free of cost and could show trends when customers are at risk of no more prolonged buying from a merchant. 

In the coming days, the tool aims to give smaller e-commerce brands access to predictive insights around CLV. The data can help merchants compete with larger retail brands and significant platforms like Amazon.

Retina CEO Michael Greenberg mentioned, “Retina’s new tool levels the playing field, giving these businesses the same insights that the big brands pay teams of data scientists tens of thousands of dollars to provide.”
