Collaboration Intelligence provider Vyopta announced the launch of broadened analytics and real-time monitoring support to Cisco Webex Meetings. The latest functionality will allow customers to detect and resolve problems in a proactive manner easily. This will boost the user experience inside the broader UC estate.

Vyopta will give enterprises insights into their complete Cisco collaboration implementation, including edge gateways, call controls, bridges, and endpoints to the PSTN and the Internet. Thus they can proactively troubleshoot issues via meetings and calls and avoid disruptions. The UC and IT teams will receive the granular warnings on critical call and meeting problems before end-users report them.
