The company is implementing AI-driven product upgrades, such as Audience Engine and Affiliate Conversion Journey, to more efficiently manage and optimize affiliate programs.

Additionally, Rakuten Advertising has integrated AI technologies for predictive analytics, personalized matchmaking, and real-time compliance monitoring. The company is also appointing a Vice President of AI Strategy & Operations to lead its AI strategy and development.
