Quartile to Form Largest Cross-Channel E-Commerce Advertising Platform

The ad optimization platform for e-commerce marketplace sellers Quartile, today announced it has acquired Sidecar, a performance marketing technology provider for e-commerce retailers and brands that works across all major advertising platforms, such as Google, Microsoft Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and Amazon. The acquisition brings together 5,000 brands and $2 billion in annual ad spend under management

The new entity, Quartile, will be the world’s largest cross-channel e-commerce advertising platform offering data-driven strategies and best practices to brand marketers, as well as reporting and ad management, using machine-learning and natural-language processing.
