Contentsquare, digital experience analytics company, has announced that its Session Replay feature will now be embedded and available within the Qualtrics XM Platform.
The experience management software enables companies to capture and act on customer, product, brand and employee experience insights in one place. This new functionality will allow customers of both brands to easily identify user Session Replays in order to observe the user’s experience in relation to other Qualtrics-captured experience insights. Customers can access these embedded replays without having Contentsquare credentials.
According to the company, the new functionality will make it simple to watch and monitor user experience at scale while seamlessly combining experience data from each brand.
