The deal’s financial parameters were not announced, but according to reports, the price tag is over 200 million USD. With the acquisition, Profitero’s technology and 300 workers will join Publicis Groupe.
The software-as-a-service (SaaS) business, led by CEO Bryan Wiener and President Sarah Hofstetter, will continue to function as a separate entity within Publicis. Wiener will report to Arthur Sadoun, CEO and Chairman of the ad holding company.
