Analytics applications developed by Prosodica are implemented in carrier integrated boosted network services platform used by Vail Systems for call centers. These features are then combined with Speechmatics’ any-context speech recognition tech to produce high-quality information from pre-recorded calls. The Prosodica applications enable call centers to understand new insights relevant to the client conversations’ content and character.
