Productsup, a product-to-consumer (P2C) Software Company, has announced its acquisition of World of Content, a rapidly-emerging product experience management provider.
The company intends to strengthen its position as a scalable solution capable of providing consumers with high-quality product information and driving frictionless commerce experiences with the latest integration of World of Content’s product content syndication (PCS) capabilities. The company claims that by combining their capabilities, they will provide businesses total control over the information about their products used in the commerce environment.
This agreement followed Productsup’s Series B fundraising round, which was led by Bregal Milestone and Nordwind Capital and totaled more than 70 million USD. The remaining funds will be used to focus on product development and pursue additional merger and acquisition opportunities.
