With the addition of Afrikaans, Croatian, and Bulgarian language Pins, Pinterest has announced the next stage of its international development, enhancing the app’s accessibility worldwide.

Despite the fact that the majority of its users are now located outside the US, Pinterest still makes almost 84% of its revenue from users in the US and Canada, so expanding internationally and maximizing its business opportunities are two of its top priorities. Since Pinterest ads have only recently been introduced in Argentina, Chile, and Colombia, Pinterest is still working to widen the availability of its advertising tools.

The company claims that it is an essential step in maximizing its revenue potential and that there is significant room for the platform to increase its revenue intake if it can offer more connection and business options in more regions.
