Pegasystems has announced a new five-year agreement with HMRC, the UK’s tax authority, which expands their use of Pega software and supports HMRC’s digital transformation journey.
Pega’s Customer Service and Decisioning software will be used to provide an increased digital and proactive self-service experience for citizens and reduced complexity for tax advisors.
